15. Governing law and dispute resolution

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
