Engineering and drafting
Our engineering and drafting department specializes in microvelum, cabinet vision, REVIT, and AutoCAD. Our experienced team of five ensures that all products meet AWI standards and will help your vision come to life: whether it be a basic casework model or a complicated phantom wall.
fabrication
Fabrication is essential to any successful project. At Dovetail, we have a Director of Operations, an Operation Manager, a Production Manager, and two floor managers to bring your vision to life. We focus our efforts on the preconstruction phase to lay out a strict timeline for production.
Finishing
An opulent finish makes our products true masterpieces. In our finishing department, we house a mixology lab, three spray booths, drying area, and a quality control checkpoint.
installation
Dovetail is committed to a seamless installation process. It all starts with our delivery crew, we have three logistical coordinators that work with our project manager, production manager and superintendents to coordinate all deliveries with the utmost quality control . On our installation team, we have two superintendents supervising our projects to make sure that your product is delivered in a timely manner to the highest quality. Our entire team have a minimum OSHA 10 and our superintendents are OSHA 30 certified. Safety is our top priority! Our Dovetail superintendents conduct our own onsite safety toolbox talks daily.
